New Support Ticket System for Businesses |

Along with our new CMS Express for Business, we're introducing a new option for those who want a professional Trouble Ticketing System for their business.
Existing users can log-in and post a new ticket if they have an issue or question about your service or product. Those tickets are logged into the main database and it activity is tracked. Advisors and Administrators can respond to the ticket and follow it until it is closed.
The user can view their ticket's progress at any time. For those companies that have or are planning to have a customer service department or group, this feature is a must-have!
To check it out, simply log in with the following user info:
- Username: test
- Password: test
Then, click the "Support" link located in the User Menu that appears in the left column. |
